Hi, I’m Kate


I took my first yoga class in 1998 because my co-workers kept insisting that I needed some yoga. I was a ball of stress and clearly it was spilling over on them.

I did not fall in love on my first date, but kept coming back to yoga until I found the practice that served me. I have now been teaching yoga since 2005. I have a special passion for teaching beginners and older students. Even before I opened Savannah Power Yoga in 2011, I was teaching chair yoga classes at our local senior center in Savannah.

Since 2011, I have taught over 5,000 classes and 100+ workshops. I am passionate about sharing yoga and meditation with as many people as I can and hope that you too can benefit from these wonderful tools and techniques.
